As of 26 Nov, I was able to transmute most mods, but not archwing mods for some reason. I got the same error message shared in the first post.

The dangly bits on the pendragon helmet detach from the head when you move in archwing. In the screenshot look over the left shoulder where a sentinel would be in a regular mission.

I recommend adding a screen or a section of the mission selection screen that allows the player to select a loadout in a few seconds to improve the utility of mod loadout options
I usually have three mod loadouts for all weapons I use (one for each faction), but generally I forget to change them because I scan for missions to join and I do not know what faction I will be playing against. Usually the countdown timer is not enough time to change mod loadouts.
Other online shooters (Ghost Recon Phantoms comes to mind) allow you to finalize your equipment as the last thing you do before playing. I think Warframe could use a similar mechanic.

I have noticed a significant FPS drop only during missions since today's hotfix went into effect. Everything on the Liset seems to work fine. I cannot discern a pattern as to when specifically the FPS drops happen--they do not seem to be affected by explosions or fast movement on screen. This is the first time I have had an FPS issue with Warframe.

I have found the interception missions hard also, but entirely because there are so many game-ending glitches. Usually, we have to abort after wave 1 because an enemy spawns inside an asteroid and is unkillable.
And don't use melee near any of the points or any structure because there is a good chance that you will get stuck on/in the structure and will have to abort.
And when you get the first graphics crash ever since playing warframe after wave 3 when you have 5 different silver archwing mods, that is also fun.
I am 0 for 12 in interception with zero deaths and zero losses to enemy AI.

Out of 12 attempts, I have not yet completed an interception because of mission breaking bugs as discussed above--enemies lodged in asteroids seems to be most common.
Also, I found an enemy stuck in an asteroid who could hit me but I could not hit him. Screenshot at link:

I found that the warning to not leave the area or risk mission failure does not actually allow you to turn back. After I got the warning, I turned around and moved the right direction, but the mission ended for me anyway.

I played the Mobile defense mission today at about 2130 central US time. The mission was not a mobile defense but was an interception mission. I could not finish it because at the end of the capture/hold phase when you have to kill all remaining enemies, the area started spawning infinite enemies. I cleared the map 3 times without making any progress and aborted.

Similar thing happened to me while using twin gremlins. They took my weapon and I could pick it back up and fire it (although the animation showed me shooting invisible guns). When I switched to my main weapon though, my twin gremlins disappeared for the rest of the mission and I could not use them. They continued to level up but they somehow reset to level 0. At the end of the mission, my armory showed the gremlins at the level they were before starting that mission and it was as if I did not even use them.

Here they are. It looks like I did nothing, and with the catalyst gone I have no visible proof that I ever actually had one. I am relying on DE to have some sort of system to verify items in player accounts as most MMOs do.

Has anyone else run into this issue?
I built a catalyst and installed it on my starting frame (Excalibur). All the new slots opened.
I decided to think about how I wanted to install the mods, so I switched to Loki and did something else.
When I came back about an hour later, my Excalibur no longer had a catalyst upgrade, and I did not get a refund of the one that vanished.
I have already submitted a tech support request--is the DE support team responsive?

All bow quivers have clipping issues on Ash Prime spine decorations and the daikyu quiver clips through the helmet.
Most pistols clip through Ash prime's leg parts.
