  1. Okay, just a few questions -

    - Stealth is only required inside the vault. (It is quite literally impossible to stealth completely outside the vault with 4 people. Don't even try.)

    - Excal's super jump's invisibility counts as invisibility?

    - Does having a frame with the invisibility but them not using it qualify? (So for example, have Ash, but never use smokescreen)

I had more questions, but I forgot.

And now here's my comments on the contest:

If you're going to do something like this, play it yourselves first. The stealth mechanics with the AIs really need a rework before something like this happens.

e.g. squad of Grineer are marching along, spots you. Almost always, one lancer always runs straight for the nearest control panel, even if it is right beside you. Like, seriously? You'd think they have SOME sense of self-presevation (if not the Grineer, maybe the Corpus.)

I'd rant more, but this is the event thread. Carry on.

  2. Incase you guys are still out of the loop being annoying spammer extremists.. Megan posted on the forums that the vault's doors will b openable or somethig, so u will b able to get the parts for all his shiz again anyways, chill out bro.

We're just kidding around. And actually using the relays for gathering for once.

  3. Against the prime vaults locking away Frost Prime and his weapons, we of the community have made a (peaceful) movement against it by simply gathering at kronia relay (saturn) on the PC and screaming "Frost Prime Master Race" and shunning any frames that aren't a frost prime.

(yes, screenshots aren't exactly the best quality. But we do hope that DE takes us seriously and doesn't do this put them into the vault)

  4. Wow, thanks for all the feed back guys!

Didn't expect a lot of people to like them that much :D

Here's some Frost lore fan fiction:

    FROST/FROST PRIME

(I've placed them into spoilers to make it look more neat, and it's also attached to the original post up top)

I shivered in the dark room, as my breath misted in the air. Was I going to die in this place? Even if I did, I didn't care. The others, they discriminated me, for I was not "special". They treated me with disdain, they treated me worse than those who took care of us. I was the outsider, the one who no one payed attention to, the one whom no one would interact with. If I were to die, freezing to death in this dark room, no one would care. They would probably rejoice. The cold increased by the hour, and slowly, ever so slowly, my sight slowly faded away...

I woke with a start, still in the dark room. However, the cold seemed to have disappeared. I got on my feet, and walked towards the door. Unfortunately, the handle refused to shift, and I resigned to hitting the door with my fist. As I lifted my hand away from the door, I frowned, as I realized that some ice had started to appear where my hand hit the door. I grasped the handle, and gasped as it froze into brittle metal and snapped. As the door glided open slowly, I smiled, as I realized, what had happened. Oh, the others would pay. They would see what I was, and truly regret how they had treated me.

  5. You can not write lore, all you write is fan fiction, for any Warframe story to be lore, it needs to come from the official source.

Yeah, I realized I used the wrong word there. :P

However, I took as much as possible from the existing sources of lore (like ember's and mags)

At least people enjoyed reading them :D

  6. Okay, I'm almost 100% sure this idea has been brought up before.

We need want more background lore on the warframes (so like the stories/entries). I got this feeling when I read ember and mag's lore .. you know, that feeling when you read a good book :3

And then I was thinking, "Hey, since DE doesn't wanna write lore, maybe we'll write our own." And so, here I am ... writing lore. Here I go ...

    LOKI/LOKI PRIME

    They called it a god.

It certainly seemed like one, its blades meeting no resistance as it cut great swathes through our soldiers, its guns releasing torrents of seemingly endless projectiles. It had caused us enough trouble, killing so many. Amazing what a single thing could do. It had invaded our territory, and I had been tasked to rid ourselves of this annoying pest, as every time we seemed to have it cornered, it would either disappear from beneath our noses, and spirit away, or suddenly experience a burst of energy and fought its way out. However, today was different. I was ready for it, and I hoped that it was exhausted from the days of fighting against us.

Once again, we threw another relentless assault against it. I'll say, it is quite the formidable opponent. And at this moment, I realized I had underestimated it, and our plan had fallen apart. It suddenly began demonstrating abilities that it had not shown before. It disappeared, only to reappear somewhere else, teleporting around. It flashed its blades, and then a sudden pulse of energy blasted, destroying weapons. I quickly snapped out an order to those who could still move to fall back. A badly made move, as it realized we were fleeing, and it finally had the upper hand. Then, it drew its blade, and surprisingly, instead of cutting down those closest to it, it reappeared in front of me, and issued a challenge with its hand.

I smiled grimly, as I drew my rifle, and prepared myself to fight a god.

    NYX/NYX PRIME

Their feet gliding silently along the ground, they approached her from behind. The woman sat quietly at the table, with her hands politely intertwined. The three stopped, one flanked by the other two. The woman, seemingly without movement, acknowledged their silent approach, and said "I know why you are here."

"If so, then do you accept our proposal?" the two men flanking the middle one stepped backwards slightly and placed their hands on their holstered weapons.

"Unfortunately, this cannot do. I cannot accept this proposal." the woman shifted slightly, as if an itch had occurred.

"You do not have a choice!" the man snarled, as the rear two half-drew their weapons, "you will come with us! This is for the good of the empire!"

"This cannot do. I cannot accept this proposal." the woman shifted again.

"I will give you a five seconds to decide whether or not you will agree, or you will severely regret it!" the man motioned to the two behind him to slowly step forwards as he spoke.

    "Five!"

    "Four!"

"Unfortunately, this cannot do. I cannot accept this proposal."

    "Three!"

    "Two!"

"One! Is this it? If you do not agree, then so be it! Take her!" the man stabbed his finger at the woman. Rather than advance forwards, they suddenly stood straight and stopped moving. The man frowned. "What are you doing? Take her!" the man noticed movement in the corner of his eye, and spun to look at it. He relaxed slightly when he saw it was a child, but then a sudden flash of movement and he was put into a choke hold. One of the two men flanking him went reeling, clutching his head, while the other caught him in a choke hold.

"Now, you see, I don't appreciate the Empire's cruel methods. However, there are other ways to ... treat them."
