I'm having the same issue all my colors are now a brighter color than they were before. The ice palette I bought has a mix of dark and light blues, whites, and a black but now they are all lighter than they were. What happen?

yes we were both under 700. got it one run but not the 2 after.

Me and a friend did the Hyena Facility 3 times in a row and only got an event score once. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes you can, the backlogs just inform you it may take a bit.
Simply 'submit a request' in the upper right hand corner.

Also with DE going at the issue with full force, the problem should be solved quickly, and those who haven't got their plat should do exactly what this guy did, create a single support ticket, detailing what's going on, and a screenshot of your Microsoft Purchases, and Warframe's support should be able to award you with the plat you've ordered.
I would do that but seeing how the support is overloaded with back logs I can't.
