Other than that everything else seems to be outmatched by Parkour 2.0, Sadly to the point we don't even need to use the environment to get anywhere anymore.

Making more use of the environments would entail nerfing jumping somewhat, to make it less of a "This is simply better than anything else", imo

and why deny it to players that enjoy using it? the last time i saw a sewer game was in an affinity grind. then the loot was just an extra bonus. So what if other use it for their convienience. it doesnt hurt you at all and if it got made universal then it would only benefit you.

It's called elitism, thinking you're better than everyone else for doing it "the hard way" and everyone else needs to be doing it "the hard way" or they are not a true warframe player.

    No.

I'm fine with some sort of vacuum as long as it's earned. This is not earned.

See, I'd be fine with that.
A quick, short story mission that enables your warframes to use vacuum. I'd be fine with anything but that damn vacuum card that only holds up my mod points, I would love to put other stuff on my sentinels (Or use a god damn kubrow / kavat without having to miss out on loot) but I have to keep that damn card because the QoL is just too much to pass on, looting is a requirement if you craft a lot. Which everyone has to, except the jaded elitists that already have everything in the game or the ones that buys everything with plat and skips grinds, oblivious to why people love vacuum so much and screaming "GIT GUD" at the top of their lungs.

  4. Current system is fine. It encourages you to keep playing the game but it doesn't restart you from the beginning if you stop playing for a while, if you're dedicated you'll get your rewards that honestly you won't use all that much, just as a "hey look at me". I never see anyone actually use the zenith as their main weapon.

This thread has gone in circles so many times already.

  5. Wait people actually care about trivial stuff like that? I literally never thought about gender in warfarme, your priorities are not straight.

The only time I think about gender is about rhino's abs and frost's amazing pecs.

Next thing people are going to want Universal Enemy Detection and Universal Loot Detect.

After DE gives those to us, they will want Universal Ammo and Universal Range. This will be followed by Universal Energy and then Universal Ayatans.

I get it. You all want easier time of picking up all that loot while focusing on killing. You all want the loot to just come to you instead of moving around, picking up what you need, and continue the onslaught. I guess i am of the mind that we should be in a action movement where we are going around picking up what we need to finish off our foes....instead of having it just float to us.

I enjoy having the option to pick up a Nav Coord or just leaving it there. When i use a Ku/Ka, i have that option. Senti with Vac....no choice. Senti without....choice. Making it a part of the Warframe means i will have no choice and that is not bad....but its not my style.

100+ askings for this and climbing.

    That's a slippery slope, don't do that.

Maxed vacuum uses 7 points, that's just 7 points that's always gone to vacuum I could use on another mod, but I can't. I have to use vacuum.

Nobody said anything about "We now need loot radar". Loot radar is not essential to grabbing loot like vacuum is, moreover you can easily put loot radar on either kubrow AND sentinel AND warframe. Vacuum is unique to sentinels. Big difference. Just use animal instinct, which can be put on sentinel and kubrow alike. Loot hunting is a different style from needing to grab loot, one's a HUGE QoL, the other is x-ray.

Ancient hooks are broken more than 50% of the time. That fact is not debatable.  They're not 2much4me. I kill them with ease and dodge plenty - doesn't mean we shouldn't hold DE to higher development standards.  If you're going to insult me, I'm not going to bother with anything else you wrote.

"I'm going to ignore you because you made points I don't agree with but are still true". Very well, I can see you are not open to any kind of criticism. Let this thread die.

PS: Hooks are not broken, you are simply lagging. I never get hooked when I want to dodge them.

    • First off.  Get rid of the damn hooks.  They're buggy, they're gimmicky, they're artificially difficult (due to the wonky behavior. you know what I"m talking about so I won't explain myself further).  If you still want the hooks, turn them into a sweeping semi-circle motion that will only grab you if you don't dodge it. Also, only the Ancient Disruptor should have a hook.

No they're not. They lead you. When they telegraph their throw you can easily sidestep it, just don't be a sitting duck or running in the same direction in a straight line for the entire time he's aiming for you. Having a gimmick is not a bad thing when done correctly, which it is. It's not over used and not over powered.

    • Second, I don't care if a Disruptor aura is permeating to other infested.  I don't.  So get rid of that visual effect.  I do want to see if a Healer aura is though.  And when a Disruptor aura is on a healer, it makes it pointlessly difficult to spot where the Healer is.

    I care. Immensely.
" An Infested heavy melee unit, the Ancient Disruptor stands out for the ability to drain away and even remove a Warframe's energy. Not only does the Ancient Disruptor possess an aura that allows its nearby allies to drain Warframe energy with each attack, their own melee attacks have a 10% chance of dealing Magnetic b Magnetic proc on players, immediately depleting the player's Warframe energy and temporarily reducing shields.

They are light blue and green in color, with bright red tentacles where one would presume a mouth is. Keep an eye out for the distinctive red glow. "

    • I'd love to see the Nox charge attack be added to an ancient or Boiler instead.  At least those are intimidating attacks over dumb hooks that travel backwards through bodies.

    • Runners/chargers/etc should run faster at higher levels!  And be able to wall run like us at higher levels.

    • On infested tilesets, random mutated tentacles should pop out of the walls and attack you like Hydroid's tentacles do.  They will grant 100 Affinity like Arc Traps.

    • On infested tilesets, containers should randomly turn into an infested growth of some kind as you break it.  Killing it with grant Affinity and whatever was going to drop from it. (Like a mimic, if you're familiar with the term)

    • Mutalist Ospreys should ALWAYS drop 1 Mutagen sample like Oxium Drones drop oxium.  Pretending the Hema Error never happened, this should still be a thing since the drop rates of mutagens are still poorly balanced.  Eris should drop them like Derelict.

    • Since there are so few infested locations not locked behind keys, Infestation nodes should take on the drop tables of Eris (but with Derelict mutagen drop rates) for the duration of their stay.

    1. No. Nox have their attack, you already complained about ancients being 2much4u. Boilers are fine as they are.
    2. Not really, if anything it should be based on how long you have been in the mission, not directly related to level.
    3. Don't really care for that, everyone will run past them. How often do you walk along so closely to a wall?
    4. Mimics are dumb.
5.Just run some ODS or ODD, you'll find plenty.
    6. There's a bunch of infested regular missions, what are you talking about

    • Brood mothers must be hungry since they have a family to feed.  As a special attack, if they get too close to you, they should shove your head in their stomachs and start devouring you.  This will make a very squishy scene appear on the screen and you'll only take damage from her stomach acids.  You must mash the left and right mouse buttons to escape (a meter will deteriorate as you mash the buttons).  If you don't, you'll pop out reborn after 5 or so seconds with a maggot on you.

No, no and no. No QTE whatsoever, at all, ever.Breaks the gameplay flow, and for one that thinks the hooks are broken by everything that is holy you would despise those.

Well then it's good that a "majority" vote from the community has no real impact on how DE will develop their game.

I implore the community to prove DE wrong and make its own game, but DE is the developer of Warframe, the moment they let the community start making demands is the moment I stop playing. I'm here for their vision, not whatever contradictory garbage the community has so graciously thrown on the internet this week.

Okay no. Never did I bother to log in but you are simply too... Let's say lesser minded.

Saying "Go make your own game, UGH!" is the most stupid, useless argument you could bring to the table.
I don't need to be a master chef to know what I like to eat. I don't need to be Kubrick to know what movies I like to watch. I don't need to be a game developer to know if I like a gameplay feature or not.

We are not asking (To you it seems we are holding DE under duress) a warframe innate vacuum because we just want to QQ about something.
Vacuum greatly enhances the gameplay, it is simply a QoL you cannot go back once you tasted. Why would I want to sacrifice being able to conveniently pickup loot against tediously walking over everything, missing on some loot I probably wouldn't know is there without loot radar or vacuum? Makes no sense.

80% of the community disagrees with you. Not 10%, not 20%, 80%.
