  1. Yeah, I couldn't help but feel that although that would fix the problem that it isn't really the source of the problem. It's like if you could just switch between them quickly we wouldn't need another interface. But the problem isn't needing to switch between them it's just lack of interaction and other interfaces that would be usable. 

     

    Maybe even like a hologram kubrow that shows the last appearance of the kubrow as you look at it's loadout, which could be greyed out in a view only mode or something. 

  2. Hand-blasters that are attachments to your palm that shoot Tenno stored energy, that would be so dope!

    I'd like to see a weapon (besides melee) that used something besides ammo. A recharging weapon like archwing (but slower maybe), power energy, or even shield energy.

    And my own idea a template weapon that consists of attachments, skins etc.  It morphs based around what is used on it and is useless without any. A build your own weapon type weapon. Barrel could modify the shot type, stock could change base damages, Ammo/clip/mag would alter reloads and stuff. The parts are pre generated and mix and match type deal.

     

     

    It's not a really fleshed out idea but the principal is there. It's a stretch goal that I really don't expect implemented. It is a lot of work so that people can have a "custom gun". Someone will likely figure a meta for it and every one will just do that. Or the stats will be too low and no one will touch the thing.

     

    I think low stats might not be too bad anyway. It might be a turd but I made it myself.

  3. There's no way DE would ever do something like this. Do you have any idea how many people plays this game? They would have to send multiple gifts/greetings everyday, just for PC alone...not even counting consoles... 

    Even a email. Plenty do that. Granted I don't know what their mail server looks like, but I can't imagine it being that bad. Plenty of others have done more. I think it would be a welcome improvement. 

  4. Addition to go on people that might not want the bind.     Could be unbound as default so we can setup which button, tigger, etc that works best for us that do want it :3

    I remember when you had to bind block. (unbound by default) Back when we use to have hella awesome charge attacks.  Not saying I don't like melee 2.0 or all the cool animations but it felt good winding up into that attack and just blowing them away.

  5. Been playing for a long time. I remember before the infested had range and air units and had nothing but staggers. As well as actually having missions on the solar map.

     

    I also remember when they added the railgun moa and it could shoot through walls and had stagger. 2 of them in a solo mission was a death sentence. 

  6. I'm really happy to see the direction that kubrows are heading and we've gotten a lot of quality of life changes that have made them more enjoyable. I think there is still some areas that could be improved upon.

     

    For example my current situation... I have three kubrows with varying polarizations and possessions of reactors or not. But there isn't actually any way to tell which ones are using what loadouts, reactors, or polarizations without taking each one out of stasis. 

     

    I feel like it would be nice to have some way to preview these before removing them from stasis. Pretty much it. 

     

    I'm likely going to remove them one at a time and screenshot their loadouts, but I feel like it would be a nice feature.

Man the system really irks me.  Like at first it was well "they can't use the same mod because it is installed elsewhere"  so then I thought ... yeah okay I'll just have to get dupes.   Then when I get dupes it is hard to tell which one is working on what weapon, and then even if I make them different ranks the system still gets pissy about it. Like if I have a rank 10 serration on penta and then a rank 9 serration on vulklok it says "Cannot use because serration is installed on X" But they aren't even the same rank. 

     

    For me it feels like don't use deconstuctor if using a melee build, don't use use burst pistol if you have a secondary. Don't use sweeper if you have a shotgun and don't use the rifles if you are using anything rifle based.

     

    I mean maybe it was meant to be like that, but somehow I really don't think it was.  

     

    Despite the checks in place you can still put the same mod on two different items, but it won't apply the effects. 

  8. Going back to the videos where it says "he sacrifices speed for strength". Perhaps iron skin would make him slower but in return gives him much more DR. As KnightCole said I think it would also be interesting to have armor rating applied to shields.  


    Another interesting effect you could do for a quality of life improvement is that after using Roar it could augment his next ability. It could even be a syndicate mod I think. Just have it so roar adds it's damage bonus as power strength to his abilities. Currently rhino with max power str can achieve 3408 hit point iron skin. Adding a max power roar to it would give it 142% more which brings it up to like 8247 and has an energy cost of near 200. 

    That's roughly 41 damage absorbed per energy spent. I'm not saying it's a great idea, but it is an idea. Just kind of brainstorming. I do think that he is very oddly balanced. He's really powerful early game, but squishy in the later game. You can just mercilessly stampede through lower missions while later missions he gets stomped on. I think the problem is the use of base values, where the base value is good enough to get through low level missions with ease but higher level missions it doesn't cut it. Perhaps work a percentage value in there, so that it functions the same and it's usefulness scales.

    Yeah... What I don't get is how much they spoil people. I've noticed very few games compensate their players as much as DE tries to and all it has done is taught the players to beg when stuff gets tough.

     

    I definitely appreciate what they do though, I wish I could have helped them out more in the beginning, and been there to help found this game.. But I too have had my low points.

  10. I wasn't sure if this was a priority or not but seeing as the suda room got fixed I figured I'd mention the other way to get out of bounds. The elevators are in sync, so if you are on the first floor you can press the button and roll out of the elevator before it goes up. Then stand in the other shaft and the elevator will come down on you and press you through the floor. You'll fall into a small tube and then the walls of the tube are not physical and you can exit the relay through there.

  11. I don't really see how this is pvp feedback but on the note of rage quitting that is what brought me to the forums today.

     

    I had some person that I had never met before, and wasn't on my friends list invite me to conclave.  It was team annihilation and 1v1. We fought a bit they killed me once, then I switched loadouts and killed them twice, and then they rage quit. 

  12. I ran a crap ton of T3s getting scindo prime blade. Never had any issues with them; could have just been luck.  I kind of like them though fight wise. Actually seem like they were meant to work together unlike the Vor-Krill fight. Two bosses doing their own thing and AI in one fight, where venkra and sprag share vulnerabilities and comment and stuff and have similar actions. I have heard of some damage types, or warframe abilities glitching bosses. Could be something like that. Try another frame and weapon pair maybe.

  13. I'm glad they added new content, it seems like it would be really fun. I'd like to try it sometime... I don't really mind though, It does make it a bit more rewarding when you finally do get your egg. 

    I just feel like there should be some acknowledgement that it is mind numbingly difficult rather than giving us a ship that likes to taunt us about not having an egg on every return. 

     

    Running through earth again brings back memories of the Cicero crisis. Somewhat bitter memories because I remember that it was also needlessly difficult because I was having client issues back then. Got nothing but a 10 (which is the badge) even though I had the vermillion extract through most of the event. After I crafted it I couldn't log in anymore.

    Actually got pretty mad that day. Stopped playing till a friend got me to reinstall. 

     

    Been farming trying to get an egg so long I have the resources to make another already.

    Guess I'm just ranting. Off to farm some more I suppose.

     

    EDIT: Daydreaming though another run just started thinking. That if there was a way to get through it more quickly like failing and restarting in the CC  or some other way to tell at the beginning of the mission that you would get an egg it would be cool info and all and I'd be happy if I spotted it but, I probably wouldn't use it. Dunno, just kinda accepted the need to farm and waiting to harvest on it.

  14. I am also affected by this bug and friends have been complaining about seeing 1/1000 for cheater of death and cryptographer. Started looking into it today when mine reset I was between 700 - 900 in both.
