This isn't a bug, to get the second energy color unlocked you have to forma the item you want the dual energy colors on. Only dual emissive is standard.

Heres a second Image Highlighting the missing effects beyond the bugged monocle lens, there was also some missing lights on the ear pieces that are blocked by her hair in this image.

This recent hotfix has created some sort of super reflective/refractive mess to appear over the effect of the Erlang Prime Oculus rendering it virtually opaque from multiple angles. also, when looking for an old screenshot to compare it to I noticed that all 3 of the operator prime accessories, Erlang Prime Oculus/ Anten Prime Earpiece/ and Respa Prime Mask. Are all missing lighting effects that they had when they released, I've made a comparison image to show.

I'd really like to use the corpus skin on umbra but it looks awful.. please give us the fancy part toggle the prime frames get for tennogen skins.

Going to have to find as many pieces of black clothing that I can in honor of Johnny Cash.

Really?It's not that bad, I mean all it means if you just have to look around to use the damn ability as far as I can tell[never played Mesa before the rework] the damage is still insane, your just jealous you can't just turn on Peacemaker and then go make a sandwhich or something and instead you gotta work like the rest of us in those T3 and 4 defenses
They reduced the damage she deals by 80% I like that i have to look around and press the trigger now, but what I dont like, is that I can't kill anything before it kills me because I've got bad shields, bad armor, and my ultimate roots me in the ground and dosn't do enough damage to kill even basic grunts sometimes. So please, tell me how that nerf is fair or balanced, when excalibur runs by swishing his sword that sends out projectiles that slice through and kill everything, and valkyr dashes by invincible and making the badguy's insides become outsides, while Im stuck in one spot struggling to kill those same enemies. The ultimate abilities are supposed to be ultimate.

This thread is beginning to make me sad. Why are people so angry over a small delay?
No clue, they should really be getting angry about something more relevant to the game, like how they crippled mesa and never rebalanced her so that her other stats make up for her ultimate ability being super bad now. Or any of the many many other times DE has nerfed something to uselessness, rather then rebalance it.

Normally I wouldn't even have bothered to worry about this as it's fairly minor, but I realized that it's so minor that it could probably slip through the cracks, like things sometimes tend to with your busy development schedule. But I and others like me who also bought the mesa prime accessories pack because they looked awesome spent a fair bit of money on these cosmetics. Expensive bugged cosmetics shouldn't be allowed to fall through the cracks.
