[Mastery Rank System Has Some Issues]

I've spent money this game and if this has been going on this long then they're not going to do anything about it Iddon't think. Its just another way to get them paid

I'm mastery Level 4 and for some reason the progression bar is glitching halfway and I can't make any more progression. What can I do to solve this problem anyone know?

Has anyone had any problem like this. My rank levelmeter won't move pass four. I don't know whether to stop playing or what. I can't even rank up or anything. When I complete a mission its like i cant get no credt for it. Can someone please help me out.
