My thought is, simply lock anything related to Hydrolyst capture for those not yet reach 3rd(Adherent) or 4th(Instrument) rank in Quill. If in public, once there is player who lower than that appear in squad, the Shrine will not be functioning. The rest of problem is up to coder to make it possible

Technically, we farm Ostron standings frequently, but we are not having a chance to spent it frequently. Even Zaw is good, i believe that we all will not going to craft the same thing for the second times. So we will still stop using Standings for getting Zaw Parts too.
I miss the Plague star event trading, at least i visit the NPC everyday i log into game to exchange something. Now i visit Konzu only for eidolon killing and sometimes for bounty.i farm syndicate standings to exchange Relic, and i know there is player who not going to get relic, but at least there is something for player to visit the NPC or hub and after that we buy something from it.
Now i question myself, why do i get so many rare fish and i get nothing to do with it.
As conclusion, They just have to add something for player to spend standings frequently.
Sorry for my bad english. Hope you guys dont mind about it, if you guys not understand what i am saying, just ignore it,

It should be something as "common sense" or something that is must for player to join a public teammatach to help ally in battle and not just sitting around, wait for rewards.

If you got 2 hours for warframe daily, how is that possible for you to stuck at mastery rank 7 for about 5 months .
Not that i am agree with the Mastery Rank requirement of weapons, i see the flaw in this system too, but i still no idea on how do you capably maintain that Mastery rank for that long. You should have been rank up all the starter weapons, quest warframe, Syndicate weapons and blueprint of weapons that available in market. In addition, i think you have been to those boss mission and obtain warframe parts from them.
I would have stop warframe if i already using that much time, and still stuck with the problem of Mastery rank limitation.

Sorry about i am not stated the "BASE" damage is 100, So it end up reduce to 80 as critical damage ?

I got a riven mod that reduce my weapon's critical damage from 1.5x to 0.8x
For example, my weapon dealt 100 damage, if it dealt critical damage, does it reduce to 80 damage ? -

DE should get multiple special weapon out for each type of clans to suffer, rather than release it one by one.

Just arrange your time well, i doing this for years and i am successfully craft most of the stuff and hit Mastery rank 20. Actually Mastery rank do proving how player manage the time for collecting material and crafting stuff too.

Actually, they can change the method of acquiring the blueprint by clearing certain number of planet mission. Or maybe change major stuff. If just remove the crafting time, it just too boring with that.

When it come to player, there will be no perfect solution, so my idea is to at least lead them to get a better equipment.
