If your team have 3 new players, then lead them to protect the subject until extraction. Like how we do in defend wave 5 or survival 5 mins.
If those new players not able to understand the Lotus instructions in the game, i dont think a tutorial will be helpful ....

I think, the game is state clear about what to do and how to do. The rest is require player to clarify it by themselves.
I was mastery rank 9, i miss the event, After the update, i use new warframe and weapons (all rank 1) and join the excavations missions. I was full of question mark, after a while, Lotus say protect something else, then i search something like A or B mark on the map, i reach there and start protecting the subject. I do it all by common sense,
By far, i found that this mission really require teamwork. Not only hardcore protecting subject but leading others too. The most important thing is, provide answer to new comers and help them overcome the issues.
I understand about people wont ask question or maybe not coming forum for answer, but simply blindly play a games. They still able to play most of the missions but this one is actually doing Defend, Survival and sabotage at same time. A multi-subject missions. But it still an easy one, because it wont fail when the subject is destroy, it wont fail when the subject run out of energy, It nice.
It hard to play, could be the mass spawn of enemy. -

I am not participate the event, i tried this new mission types.
My favorite part in this mission is the mass spawn. I think that is the best part for PvE games. -

How do you specify an old player ?
By conclave ? By Mastery rank ? By the time a player spend in Warframe ?
Agree that this is easy to abuse.
Agree, the reward should not be credits. -
I not enjoy this event.
Cache is nice, but it not a point to bring this event good.
Hopefully next event wont do the same mistake as Gate Crash -
I satisfy with current drops rate of R5, thanks to this amount i have chance to do learn from grinding around since Mastery Rank 1. Like weapon mechanic and warframe, etc.
I dont think it is a good idea to have such rewards after every missions. I sure a player would be able to have thousand of R5 mod once they are Mastery Rank 10.

Actually for most of the game, there will be hints everywhere to lead the players to know what to do.
For example, The very obvious and questionable extraction point.
If a kids try to play this game, they will know that, these place is used for complete mission. -
I was thinking the same thing about, the extraction exits. I thought it would be change or create a logical exit, but after 1 year, nth change ....

I think, a meta would become popular is because of it is interesting. Well not much people would understand that particular meta but used that meta like "that the only way to play". Those people is just having weak communication skills to tell others what is the best of that meta, which cause a lot of misunderstanding.
This lead to others to think that "what wrong with my style".
I play Frost too, well i not limit to offensive or defensive or supportive. Because I believe whoever join a game, actually have something they wish to do already. why should i limit myself to certain play style.
When a player can cover others mistake and solve it, then why still have so call Meta problem.

It true about Ammo drum is worthless, because i not used to spam bullet and always finish all kind of mission with 1 or 2 hundred bullet left.
In you guys opinion, Will the 55 % reduce accuracy cause much trouble?? Or is it a recoil ?? -
Soma have high critical chance and high critical damage, i am wonder that
- is it good idea to install multiple element mod?
- Is it good idea to install only Critical chance and critical damage relate mod ? (eg. Point Strike and Vital Sense)
* I used 2 slot for Ammo drum and Shred

- I thought friendly fire is true and i sry all the way.
- I activate every life support capsule without second thought.
- I thought Prime weapons and frame can be gather outside orokin and void missions.
- I thought invisible enemy hitting me when i using Penta.
- I restart warframe when my screen blur. (actually it is stalker)

All i know for warframe is, it not a 2 hours game, but a 200 hours game. Everything cant be done within a days, like build up a warframe that able to fight at 30 to 40 level missions.
Farm and build stronger warframe and weapons, ready for the event quest. That basically the reason keep me in warframe. -
Thanks for the recommendations, i was using Soma with corrosive and Heat.
Seem like have to obtain other weapons already. -
