[Xbox One Power Strength Bug?]

Unsure if it  is a bug or not but Rhino stomp trumps rhino skin nearly every day :)

That's the only thing he's good for now, other than that he's a waste of a slot on a team.

Rhinos Iron skin seems severely nerfed or power strength mods are bugged. I am running a maxed intensify and blind rage and my iron skin on the ability page says 1200 hitpoints. Maybe that's just the default value without mods? Even so iron skin gets shredded by anything now pretty much. Is it a bug with power strength mods? Or has Iron skin been severely needed? Its not even worth casting and without it, rhino sucks.
