This is happening alot. I just got paid and credited for 3 Alad V missions bringing me up to 7/4 when by my count it should be an even 4/4. I think Neffy and SAlad are messin with the counters. . .

Just soloed a hive mission on Viver, Eris as Valkyr and ran into acouple strange bugs. While in Hysteria I was taking energy, shield, and health damage. This caused me to use all my revives.
The Energy drain was from the several dozen aura-type mobs in the map, Not certain if Energy loss while in Hysteria was always possible or not. Channeling was not in use.
The Shield and Health damage was from the unpressurized rooms. Shields went first then health started to go as well, all while in Hysteria. This never happened to me before the most recent hotfix.
If these were Hotfixed in diliberatly I would like a link to them please.

Agreed, seems to happen with any type of kubrow. Shows the kubrow image with a loading circle over it, eternally loading.
Edit: Just tested this going thru the Codex to get to the kubrow files, freezes there as well.
Edit 2: This seems to be a full Codex error, accessing the sentinel files also causes freezing.

The Armory's Ability Menu currently lists the first three abilities that a maxed Volt can have, Shock, Speed, and Electric Shield, but does not show the frame's fourth power, Overload. I have confirmed that my Volt can use his Overload but after returning to the Ability Menu I found that it is still not shown.
Volt is the only frame affected like this.

Was out of town so I watched the stream on my mobile and claimed the drops that way. When I got home today and logged in I had only got the operator stuff. Tried relinking and nothing happened
