solved the issue, for some reason my grimoire riven with crit chance is what was making the bug happen. i rerolld the riven a few times and found that any re roll with crit rate replicated this

The grimoire used to work with piercing navigator but after a few attempts in game I've noticed that its not getting the crit buff at all. it immediately shows a 51.03 crit buff on cast and no bonus at all. ive tried simulacrum, in mission coop, re arranging mods ect and nothing has fixed it.
