  1. I would like to thank the entire DE team for listening to the community.
    I'm talking about leaving the Dark Sector in the framework of rework, and giving another name to the new speed run leatherboard mode. I think that a few minor adjustments and some new things in the old dark sector would be welcomed by the "new" community, and I believe they would also bring a great increase in the clan search for players and creations of clan ... Well I really want to thank, and I asked the help of all who read here to leave your idea about a possible rework in the old dark sector, main reason why I keep playing waiting for your return. Thank you all

  2. And as much as they say "we already have the conclave as pvp", the conclave does not even compare to the rails and even with all inequality and clan that dominated some sectors for long dates, I did not care, I just wanted to get on a rail and play that That was the best thing this game had.

    Even though it's a PVE-focused game, Dark Sector took some of that repetitive routine and now they want to turn it into more of the same, more PVE into something that could be a highlight as pvp.

    they always say that their biggest challenge is to bring something really fun, but not always fun has to do with accumulating power, farm and that sort of thing. Sometimes to have fun we need a bit of rivalry / competitiveness. This is why free to play games like lol are successful and make a lot of money, because they are focused on a more competitive side. I'm not saying that Warframe should be focused on PVP to attract more players, I'm just saying [DE] should give more love to the PVP, which we already had (and it was super fun) they just had to make minor adjustments and even if they did not was perfect or balanced for all clans was still FUN

    You don't have to react so negatively, and if DE removed it it's for good reasons, people hating it and the lack of balance are part of the reasons.

    That is not an answer.

    The main aspect of warframe is PvE. Having some PvP on the side is a possibility (which is conclave) but it shouldn't affect PvE.

    I do not want to be negative, I just set out my opinion based on your comment

  9. After 2 years of waiting I am sad to have (even if only one copy) another type of mission as a form of competitiveness ..
    Please could not you just make adjustments / balances in the old dark sector?

    I see a lot of people saying that warframe is focused on PVE which is a great truth but that does not mean it does not have its competitive side
    The Dark Sector conflict was proof of this, even with bugs and damage imbalances was the best things to do in the game, ie: when you got tired
    of farma, accumulate power, etc ... when you wanted something more intense the only thing that kept me in the game was the dark sector.
    nowadays I read a lot in the forum things like "this is a game focused on PVE, if you want pvp go look in another game" ...
    And that's not what we want, we want to keep playing WARFRAME because I love this game, and there's nothing wrong with wanting something real competitive.
    and now that we've experienced something as good as the old dark sector conflicts we do not want something that looks just another kind of PVE mission.

    As well as being something the veterans could hold onto, such as being proud of the clan they built and having a solar track of their own, those who want it will have to fight as hard as I do ..

    Some of my ideas are: first increasing the combat area of the dark sectors thus inserting more goals for the invading clan and
    more defense resources for the clan which is in possession of the trail.

    Put factions (eg, Corpus, infested and even unions) as cooperative NPCs both to aid in invasion and defense

    maintain the "growth" pattern within the conflicts (which was to level up and gain ability for more and more mods ranging from warframe and weapons)
    but make a small adjustment in damages

  10. I feel exactly the same as you, I just did not post on the same subject because I feel like it did not make any difference ... But yes, I also expected something similar and improved to the old dark sector

    If you think Gara's nerf was justified, then logically, you think every warframe should be nerfed down to Ember/Mag/Gara's level of scaling. Except I don't actually believe that you think that way. Please rethink about the effectiveness of 5k health in the grand scope of things. Why is a warframe cryopod in defense given a whopping ~45k hp on Hydron? Why are there so many threads that complain about warframes other than damage tanks (Rhino, Inaros, Chroma, Trinity, etc.) getting 1-shotted by enemies in sortie-level difficulties?

    dude I do not know very well how to explain, but also I do not think the nerf was as heavy as they seem ... but of course unbreakable is much better

    Mass Vitrify is complete garbage, regardless of which ability slot it takes. You want reliable CC? Just pick Oberon, he does the job better with his Reckoning. You want reliable defense? Pick Frost (or Limbo if your teammates can work with him).

    I believe the nerf was fair, because the barrier has 5k of life per section and still has synergy with 1st skill ... Not very good in my opinion

    I would like to present my ideas for the Gara Warframe.
    I know changes in the Gara Warframe are not a priority, but I would still like to share
     
    Starting with HUD: I think clarity is a very strong point in games like warframe, so the more the better.
    Having said that I suggest that: the timer of the "Splinter Storm" ability is shown separately for the warframe, for fellow allies.
    This makes it clear how much each one still has of the buff more clearly. (I say this because I have a lot of problem in identifying how much I still have of my own buff,
    because if I use it on myself and then on an ally, the time shown on the HUD is reset, so I must stay tuned in the middle of the battle to see when mine is over. While
    the one from my ally is shown next to your life and everything else, it is also shown on my HUD ...
     
    Still talking about Splinter Storm, I'd like to suggest that it was a "Tap" skill (as it is currently) and Press and Hold.
    how would it work? when only used (ignoring where you look) the ability is used in the own warframe.
    Now when held, gara would have an animation similar to that of Mass Vitrify, that cloud of glass would expand to a certain extent, affecting allies and enemies.
    Striking allies win the Splinter Storm buffs while enemies receive the skill debuff.
    This leaves the ability to be more dynamic and practical. Lastly, use one ally or one enemy at a time when you can do the both.
    I had this idea based on the difficulty of having to use the ability several times to be able to help protect my friends among other things.
     
    Mass Vitrify becomes the 3rd skill and does not need a rework
     
    Shattered Lash will not be discarded, will only undergo changes and will rise in the ranking of skills becoming the 4th ability of Gara
    New 4th Skill: Glass Sword: Gara wraps his melee weapon currently equipped with a layer of glass, increasing its range, damage, and chance of bleeding.
    (similar to Saryn's toxic whip) being affected by mods of duration, power strength and range.
     
    Spectrorage definitely did not look good in the Gara skills kit.
    so I suggest removing it and adding another kind of skill.
     
    New 1st skill: Ground Spike: Gara touches the ground causing the spines of glass to escape,
    enemies hit by the glass spines and not killed receive proc bleeding and have their mobility reduced drastically.(
    No one liked this idea? so let's change it)
     
    New 1st skill:  Magnifying glass : Gara creates a glass lens in front of him increasing the damage of everything that goes through the mirror (like the volt shield)
    OR
    New 1st skill : stock and impale : Gara creates a large glass spear and puts it forward only while the ability is active (drains energy per second) when deactivated Gara stops and lands his spear forward causing damage and impaling enemies on the way
     
     
     
     
  14. Well I had some ideas while reading.
    the first of them is that soul punch could be like Virulence of Nidus.
    Each dead enemy with soul punch would count 1 stack of souls, only without a stacks limit ... and every 100 or 150 souls collected nekros would gain buffs like power strength, passive efficiency / strength, range ... etc

    Well this is my idea, I hope you like it!

    And last but not least, I'd like to talk a little about Shattered Lash.
    many times when holding the ability to deal damage in area or knock down enemies, many times error due to "terrain" (enemies within range of the ability
    but on a terrain / ladder or something related)
    My suggestion would be: Instead of just standing still, Gara would make a shield with one of his arms (protecting and knocking down enemies) and give a Dash forward,
    at the end of the "Dash" it would give a 360 degree turn with its longsword with 5/6/8/10 meters range.
