One of the in game resources are Morphics, a metal without shape or form, so that can be a basis for weapons that can transform.

    And googling, found this:

Fun fact, thats from the anime RWBY, which has this sort of thing as its theme. Almost every character has transforming weapons, usually from a gun to a melee weapon. Go look it up if anything, its weapons are cool. That one is a sniper-scythe called 'Crescent Rose' used by the shows main protagonist, Ruby Rose.

  2. So, I've been lurking these forums for awhile now, and I've seen many threads (and/or comments) regarding people saying they dislike Warframe's current direction, or that DE is making good decisions and that they love WF's current direction. If you would spare the time, I would like to know what you think and your reasoning to it.

Edit: Clarification: 'Current Direction' - The decisions the Devs are making, the changes and additions being made to the game, your opinion on whether they're good or not.

I hate to suggest something from call of duty, but what about Reapers Arm mini gun from Black Ops III? maybe make this one of those "super weapons" that turns any warframes arm into a mini gun.

I feel like this idea itself (minigun inside the arm) would be apart of a whole 'nother warframe, instead of just a gun you can equip. And the ult would be like Mesa/Ivara/Excalibur and it pulls it out.

  4. I would like to take the time to point out that 100 Days of Warframe made a joke about Excalibur joining some pubs, having a terrible experience, and switching back to solo.

But seriously, not everyone likes to play the same way, so forcing people to play with others can actually make it less enjoyable.

Anyways, i'll just go play 'Friends Only' instead

That's the thing, if the villain of the quest is using infestation in the index then it would make complete sense. We don't know what the actual story of the quest will be, so assuming there will be no hint of infestation is just speculation. Claiming it should be a red veil frame cause they have infested in their room is like saying steel should have a grineer frame cause they have grineer stuff in their room. I'm not denying that it would suit the specific syndicate better, but anyone who thinks the frames should match the syndicate thematically are just wrong.

    This.

I don't think the argument here is that the warframes should be Syndicate Mascots, especially since DE is making it more about quest than the frame.

    This.

Well, if people can't separate her as a person from the character she voices, then they are losers in my book.

OK, let me put it in other terms. If Reb did think of us as losers, it would take away that 'the-person-who-interacts-with-us-and-genuinely-seems-to-care-about-Warframe's-fans-is-actually-a-nice-person' feel. My point is that she acts like a person (and even a fan herself), and not a buisness drone who just does this because it's her job, and her not actually liking us would be a gut punch.

It is irrelevant if they think you are a loser or not. You are here because you find their product entertaining, not because you care for their opinion about you.

While this is true, the reason people are getting riled up about it is that Rebecca is the person who who interacts with the community the most, she seems like a genuinely nice person, she hosts nearly everything, and if she thought of us as losers, it would take away that Space Mom feel.

  8. I wonder if Reb is gonna do anything about this, because (believe it or not oh boy) people have been convinced that she thinks we're losers. It would be nice to see what she was thinking before she corrected herself, because she could've said a lot. 'Looters' is a popular idea, but then she changed to users (making the loo-users sound), because 'looters' wouldn't make any sense to anyone that doesn't play. Plus her job has to do with the Community, so it wouldn't make much sense for her to think poorly of them, and continue to stay in that position.

No, not really. Games require minimal social interraction(even multiplayer), so they are usually played by people who aren't good in the outside world. Also the time you invest in a game(unless you are a pro gamer) is a total waste, as you can do more productive things that may benefit you in real life instead of playing games.

Buddy, you realize that your the one calling gamers losers, on a game's forum right? And on another point, I want to comment on how if everyone was productive 24/7, no one would be happy etc etc, but your good at words so I don't want to open that can of worms. Have a nice day :satisfied:.

  10. Guys, I'm scared for Warframe. With TWW being delayed for over another month, I've even seen some founders say 'I'm done.' and that frightens me. Sigh, I guess we can just hope the Dev's learn from this, I, and many others, really don't want Warframe to die out because it lost too many players through a content drought.
