I'd like to chime in and include I'm also having random stuttering/fps drops with the recent update. I noticed we both had AMD and Nvidia products Processor AMD Ryzen 9 5900X Nvidia 3090 TI Drivers updated just like yours but i'm running Windows 11 Also tried optimizing download cache, some players suggested deleting configs and reinstalling which I have done but still having the strutter/fps drops. Hopefully this can help narrow down the issue
