[Question About Trading]

This may not be the place to ask, but this is the most appropriate place I could find. About trading in general, is it generally the responsibility of the buyer or seller to host the trade? I do not have a clan with a trading post yet, but I have mods I would like to trade. Basically, is it considered appropriate/acceptable to post "WTS" without a way to host the trade?
