(Note: this is a wall of text, so just bear with it)
Building Loki is quite easy, but most mods are only obtainable in the late-game.
It all comes down to how you want to play. (I'm working on a build tutorial video that will be out in a short few weeks, that will also cover Loki)
Solo play: Invisibility is the best way to go. (Aura is optional here since it really won't make any huge difference)
To mod for this you only need a ton of duration. (Narrow Minded r9, Continuity/Primed continuity and Constitution (this is a Nightmare mod)
Health and shield mods is useless. Instead, use a maxed Quick O. My reason for this is because Loki Prime already has a huge energy pool, especially with Primed Flow.
Loki's abillities does not benefit from strenght mods at all so put on a maxed Overextended. (This is for casting Radiant disarm right before you go out of invisibility is you are surrounded by enemies.
Next you want to put on a Streamline. Since you already got over 500 energy, casting invisibility wont drain much more than 20 ish per cast. Even with the occasional Radiant Disarm.
The last mod you can use is a stretch to cover more ground or a utility mod like sprint.
To sum up the mods for solo play:
Narrow Minded (as high rank as possible. R9 max, to not destroy the range loss too much)
Continuity/Primed Continuity
Constitution
Flow/Primed Flow
Quick Thinking
Overextended
Streamline
Stretch
Group/Squad play:
Loki in a squad uses an almost similar build, but the focus here is his CC (Crowd Control abbility Radiant Disarm)
The build would then use a rank 4 Fleeting Expertice and a rank 4 Streamline to get the maximum effiecency (75%), making the Radiant Disarm spammable.
So the list of mods would then be as follows:
Quick Thinking
Fleeting Expertice rank 4
Streamline rank 4
Overextended
Stretch
Continuity (in case you need to revive a teammate)
Flow/Primed Flow
Any augment (Irradiating Disarm is optional and should only be used if the squad asks for it)
or
Vigor (just to get a little more health/shields)
Aura: This I can't emphazise enough, and that is to use Corrosive Projection exclusively when playing in a full squad!!! The reason is that each player using this aura will reduce the enemies armor by 30%.
30*4=120% armor reduction; leaving the enemies with only raw flesh/health.
This should cover pretty much everything sbouth building the most efficient Loki for both solo and group/squad play.

I experienced the same thing with Equinox yesterday as well. Showed me level 30 every time. Only to be dissapointed with beeing 24-25 after a mission

How much mastery points do they give? I only have like 8 nodes I have not done.
It differs from node to node. Some give 70, others give 2-300.
Check your profile to see how much xp you can gain from the rest of your nodes

Well. If you want the extra mastery points that comes with completing every single node on all the planets (~15k mastery points), you should complete them.
If you don't care about mastery rank what so ever, you can skip it.
+ completing the nodes gives you the option to use an extractor on every planet.
Simply put: It's totally up to you, and if you do it. You won't miss a single alert when you are online

Strength on Nyx is just a waste....You should watch this video which shows couple of different types of Nyx builds.
Why would you recommend that? Doesn't make any sense.
Absorb scaling of, off strenght? It will only drain your energy even faster. It's a complete waste

It is not a microsoft issue, it is entirely the Warframe servers. The user DB seems to have run into a snag, though Update 17 should be hitting the Xbox One console tomorrow.
You could not be more wrong.
The update will be submitted to CERT (certification, tested for bugs and whatnot) tomorrow.
After Microsoft get the new update, it will take 7-10 days for it to pass CERT.

I'm still having the same problem as of now kept reseting everything. I mainly wish that I could get an official statement again or something regarding this because as of 2 minutes prior to this post I have checked Xbox status and it says that everything is fine except for IGN, which is not Warframe related. I can also log into other games.
My concern is that it keeps telling me invalid data and that since I have payed for multiple pieces on this game, which I love (and since I have what is called a schedule I can't just keep waiting around for days on end if I want to keep up with my friends on here so please stop telling us to, random people) any way it is giving me a bad feeling that I could have been hacked or something loosing all of the money that I have sunk into this game thus far which for my circumstances is a lot though to others it might not be considered such.
All I am asking for is an update from one of the devs. Please.
You still have to wait a couple more hours.
You can't expect the devs to work 24/7 can you?

You go and put formas in everything.
I'm mr 19 on Xbox One and putting formas into previously disliked weapons is my way of playing the game while I wait for u17.

I personally love the Skana as well, but as you wrote; the damage is just non-existing.
A buff to the weapon is needed. Be somewhat on par with the Dakra Prime (heck, they use the same stance)

Or just get a resource booster. Bring a Vauban and a Nekros to a survival mission on Jupiter. 30min gives you 10-40 neural sensor.

And yeah he is squishy, but why not just use his Shadows augment? Build it around the ability and augment.
You will still be able to desecrate and whatnot

I could not agree more.
Where is the balancing? If DE thinks nerfing frames/weapons are balancing withouth strengthing anything else, I guess they've done a good job
