How is the progress on the fusion rework going?

I think making the void trader sell all prime parts would be a good idea. Devide all the prime parts into groups of 5 or 6 and make him bring one batch every time he shows up. It would probably take around 10 rotations to have brought everything so grinding for parts would still be necessary if you wanted all the latest stuff, but it would make it so that you knew that every time you got some random prime gear it would allow you to buy the part you needed if you got tired of grinding.
This would also help to control the price of parts on the market and availability.

Yes, it makes a huge difference on prime carrier for instance. As for sentinel weapons it's worth it but not as important, Usually we don't relly on sentinels to do damage instead you can use sweeper p with explosive proc to give some CC while you are reviving people. If you have potato to spare then do it because sine you always have your sentinel over time it's worth to have it as good as possible.

Dex Furis and Dex Sybaris seems to be build for crit, where Dex Dakra should b status weapon. Am i wrong ? (i don't really use Afuris and Sybaris, too much weapon to upgrade)

They look cool, that's it. You can run them with a proto excal in the relays to look all Original Lotus Squad but other than that there is no reason to use them.

and no, i dont use the helios for utility reasons, i only got event/quest stuff left to scan (every time i take a 1-2month break there is a event and i miss it). i generally use it for no special reason. Since a few updates your sentinel is always shown when clocked(it is shown as hidden but enemie sees it without shooting at it) so i tried to use it at least for damage. But my year long problem of the helios to stop shooting for a few min persisted throu the updates. so i asked and hopped someone had the same problem and knows how to fix it.

I think Wyrm prime or Carrier prime will do a lot more damage. I use prime sweeper and the damage is insane with a potato and 3 forma.

Ok with an excal you should not run defence, It can be done but it's not a defensive frame. When you get high lvl and have the right mods you can exalted blade forever but untill then don't try to solo defence. Run some Exterminates or Survivals or something where you can stay mobile.
If you want to get help doing defence go to recruiting and write "H T1 def, need frost" if you get even a half ok frost to join you can go 20 or 40 rounds without a care.

I could see the Steel Meridian having an anti-Grineer WW2-style broadcast where they talk about the victories against their evil siblings and play uplifting music for the troops, and the actual news instead of the propaganda you might otherwise hear and see.

That looks like an ok loadout, what void exactly? are you trying to solo T4 defence?
Everything is more fun and easier with friends, i would recommend inviting some people either from clan or recruiting chat.

Ok once you have it assigned to a gear slot you can press "q" by default to bring up the gear wheel and then use the mouse to equip it. Then you hold down aim to look through it or fire button to just scan stuff.
For a guide for how to do the Natah quest (and everything else) i recommend the wiki http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Natah
If you don't want spoilers i recommend running Uranus with the scanner and trusting the lotus to tip you when there is something strange to scan.

Remember that "ability" mods for sentinels are prioritized in the order that you put them on your sentinel. Meaning if mods like: Detect Vulnerability, Guardian, Investigator, are placed before "Targeting Receptor" then Helios might not shoot anything because it is preoccupied with the previously named ability mods. So either place Targeting Receptor in front of the other mods (first slot) or take my advice and remove it completely.
Also: Try experimenting by switching out or combining these mods on Deconstructor: Quick Return, (primed) Reach, Power Throw and Rebound
They might make a difference.

exactly what i was thinking. and yes put Targeting Receptor on the bottom right to make it the least prioritized ability.

If you remove the mod yes, however changing the order might help you. However if u r using Helios i assume you are doing it for utility and not damage so you could consider removing it all together.

TS is our primary communication channel but if you ask both in clan and alliance you have a good chance to find someone to help you. However, we are a casual guild and there is not always going to be ppl online who can help you.As for questions and such, as long as you check the wiki and patch notes to have a somewhat good idea of things we don't mind answering questions you can't find the answer to there, if we know the answer.

I hate the "gritty" BS that has been introduced in every game these days but i think Warframe could really bring in a bit of oppressive darkness . The Synidcates could be a really good narrative start to bring more depth into how the world works. The massive damage we have done to the corpus should start to affect them, the weakening of the Grineer faction should cause instability in the solar system.
The Tenno is a hugely disruptive force to the system and it would be cool to see how stuff disintegrates due to our being there. One way could be to show the infestation spreading because the Grineer and Corpus can no longer mobilize the resources needed to keep it in check due to the decimation of their ranks by the Tenno.

No, there will always be toxic players but most people will mark rares and have fun together even if some player is not maximizing their loot potential.
Sometimes it can be frustrating but i think as long as these skills don't people from having fun (desecrate might need a slight polish)

tried to solo a few times, then i caved and ran with randoms. I ran limbo so i could revive and restore energy, we had a nova and mirage to slow and deal damage. Took a little time but no real problem.
And don't worry they are reworking the bosses so that they don't have absolute invulnerability stages, they are just going to have times when they take less damage. I think next year will be the year of Bosses so in 2 years every boss will be awesome.
