I can't even get in game! It won't download the update, it just keeps saying "Update failed! Some content updates could not be downloaded from our servers. Please restart Warframe to try again." I know I'm not the only one with this problem, theres literally 100 forums on this and DE are just ignoring the problem

[U15 - Update Failing!]

Ever since update 15 I can't get onto Warframe. It gets to the end of updating then says "Update failed! Some content updates could not be downloaded from our servers. Please restart Warframe to try again." I've tried lots of times, but then I noticed the more times I try to update it the lower the total MB has to be updated. I've narrowed it down to the last 249KB. 249KB's of the game won't update. I don't know what it is. I've looked through my games files and the only thing I could see wrong is that I'm running DirectX 11 and in the game files it says DirectX 9. I've tried everything, even going as far as resetting my computer! I'm not using steam, please help. Thanks.
