[[U21 Megathread] New Warframe: Harrow]

I barely got through half this thread before posting, but all I really saw for most of it was repeated whining. There was some I can understand, but I'm not really worried about Harrow's skills and such. Much like with some others that people said are horribly crappy when it comes to surviving, I'm just going to work around the things people call issues. Currently the issues I'M seeing are drop rates like what was mentioned already. 3% drop for one part at 100% chance of the part being that drop. 3% is too low, I don't care if its 100% of the time going to be what that is. I'm pretty sure 11% on tier 2/3 for defection is crap too given the limitation on the mission itself. Easiest part for me to get was the one from the Kuva Fortress' spy mission. Because of these I'm pretty sure most of the complaints in this thread are from PC anyway, any complaints from console users in about 3 or 4 days has to be those who bought the frame. Probably why there was so little complaints on the drop rates.
