[Companion disappears after frame respawns in solo normal missions - not Onslaught]

I've been having the same issue too, in both normal play and Onslaught.

It does no damage to health on today's slash sortie, but it still hurts shields.

The dog's normal attacks will still harm enemies that are vulnerable to physical damage.  This caused some problems because I run with Hunter Recovery, and normally it's very reliable even during high level sorties with other gimmicks.

Twice I have died for seemingly no reason on mot, once around the 19 minute mark and once around and once around the 7 minute mark.  Once I die, my character remains standing, and the health bar goes away, and all i can do is aim downs sights, but not actually move my crosshairs.  Since I was solo, but my character did not rag-doll upon "death," and the game did not prompt me for a revive.  on the mission where I got stuck at the 19 minute mark, I had died once close to the start of the mission, and was able to revive around the   Both times I was ice chroma with rage and quick thinking, with the rakta cernos out, and hirodu as my melee weapons.  IIRC, I was also close to a nullifier when both "deaths" occurred.  Sorry if this is a redundant thread, I couldn't find anything similar to this issue.
