  1. Okay the 7 enthralled enemies are way better than just 4 but still kinda sucks that when the timer runs out you lose those 7 if you just got them. Please remove the timer from Enthrall, it's really painful when you finally get 7 enthralled enemies just for the timer to run out and then you have to start all over again, scrap the timer so that way the ability keeps it's flow, even in endurance runs as the enemies start scaling the ones you are in control of start dying and then you can get those higher level enemies and so on, it would be better than worrying about the timer. Now Mesmer skin still needs some work done, I think Mesmer skin should be the one with the timer instead of charges in my opinion and should have a way better visual affect, the smoke is nice and all but just having a bit of tendrils poking out of one shoulder seems a little underwhelming. The last skill I have an issue with is Reave, this ability shouldn't be using duration for how far you travel, it reminds me of Excalibur's old slash dash and how duration was how far it went so it would make sense to use Stretch for how far you travel with Reave, also give it a better smokey affect when it's used because as nice as it looks now, it still looks pretty bad.

  2. So I'm made this forum post to address the current state Vauban is in right now and after slapping a forma on the "CC King", I've noticed that he's not that great as I've heard people say he is.
    I'm gonna be honest, Vauban is pretty bad. It hit me that the only reason people maximize power range and duration is because of Bastille and Vortex while his Tesla and Minelayer are pretty much forgotten because of the lack of crowd control they provide, even his passive is useless. So after giving it some thought and pitching some ideas with my friends, I think we can agree that Vauban could use a bit of a rework, so here are some ideas for Vauban that my friends and I made to give him better crowd control and to give him a little more control with his energy.

    Tesla
    Now we all now this is the WORST ability in Vauban's kit with its single target zap that does little to no damage what so ever, so here is my idea to change it. Instead of a single target zap, it would be an AOE charge that would zap multiple targets but with a radius instead, same number of charges, duration, have a better chance to stun enemies and a damage buff from 150 to 300 by default or increased by ability strength, range and duration

    Minelayer
    Here is another ability that lacks in Vauban's kit, while cycling through four different deployables you get a bounce mine, trip laser and two mine traps, this idea would change they way they work now while completely changing the trip mine to something else.

    Bounce Mine: While just launching you or allies in the air to get to higher places is all fine and dandy, it doesn't do anything to enemies at all, so maybe some changes are in order for just enemies. While playing with this ability, all it does is launch enemies and they land back on their feet like nothing happened. Instead of that it should just completely

    Trip Laser: Okay we can all agree here that this is just useless. My friends and I came up with some alternative mines to just replace Trip Laser, but we can only pick one, so here's just a few ideas we came up with.

    Smoke Bomb: Throw out a smoke bomb that detonates on contact with the ground or wall for a huge cloud of smoke, enemies caught in the cloud with have their accuracy and sight greatly reduced.
    Smoke duration: 10
    Radius: 7
    Affected by range, duration, and strength mods. (strength would affect enemy accuracy and sight.)

    Energy Barrier: Throw out a barrier to keep you or allies safe from enemy fire
    Barrier Health/duration: 2,500/ 15
    Radius: 5
    Affected by range, duration and strength mods. (depending whether people prefer duration or health)

    Flash Bomb: Throw out a bomb of blinding light that will blind enemies in a radius for several seconds.
    Blind Range: 15
    Duration 10
    Affected by range and duration mods.

    Alright, those were the three alternatives ideas to replace Trip Laser, but remember that only one can be picked if DE were ever to read this. Now we can move onto the Shred and Concuss mines.
    These two are just as bad as the Trip Laser, but can still be saved. So lets go over how we can make them better.

    The shred mine doesn't do what it its name implies, so why not make the shred mine explode into shrapnel? This little idea would deal slash procs, have the enemies staggered and bleeding and have the mine deal a decent amount of damage when detonated, but the radius needs to be a bit bigger but nothing to ridiculously big, just enough where we're not burning through energy just placing bombs everywhere. Alright, now it's onto the Concuss mine. As we all know this little mine explodes and spreads radiation onto enemies for a few seconds, it's pretty small and not really great. The concuss mine can keep the armor reduction and radiation proc. The mine should also deal a decent amount of damage when detonated, knock down enemies and have a bigger blast radius.
     

    I'm not going to go over Vauban's Bastille because it's already in a good place as of right now. I will say that Vortex could use a bit more damage, just small buff from 50 to 70-80 is all, nothing crazy.

    I know this post is a bit big, but it's just that Vauban's first two abilities are just so bad I couldn't just keep these thoughts and ideas to myself and I do appreciate my friends helping out. I also appreciate everyone who read this post as well and I hope some of you feel the same way about Vauban's abilities like I do and who knows, maybe DE will spot this post, give it a look over and give them some thought. Have a good one guy!
