i don't think this is a good way to implement this. basically you have to know a lot of ppl (mostly guides themself) and spend your time between the ppl on the forums (which are often douches). this does not, in any way, help the community so far.
i am sure there are a lot of tenno out there who help people on the chat, in relays and so on, on a regular basis but don't have a chance to ever become such a guide, because they don't suck up on other guides.
i think there should be a system where you can flag yourself as someone willing to help and the helped one has to rate you after if you were helpful like other games handle this kind of stuff. also new players should be asked what timezone they live in and if they want guidance by high level players. it should be stated that guides may play some rounds with you, but are not supposed to do that all the time.
but thats my 2cents and i don't think this "system" will change...

i am looking for a Trader willing to buy my Mods and maybe some prime parts in the long run for 2/3 the market price or something near that, so i can get rid of Mods fast for some fast plat and he can make a good cut selling those goods

all the noo... new players... were not here when this happened last... prova vs machete was kinda the same, we will get both in the long run. warframe players need patience... really bad... something is hard to get? wait for it... something is annoying to get? wait for it... something is useless? yes it will be forever...

i have a lot of mods and i enjoy grinding, but i hate to trade. i used to like it in other games, but not in warframe and i have no time anymore to do it.
i am looking for someone who will buy my mods and primeparts which are worth the trade for a kinda low price, so he or she can sell it for the normal price.
example: if something is worth 15 plat, i will sell it for 8 plat and therefore the trader takes all 3 or 5 of this mod. with time and effort everyone in this deal makes his cut.

the credit reward in dark secs seems to be ninja nerfed. not cool. it's a pain to farm credits

that is plain bad, nothing gamechanging should be sealed. no eventmods, no weapons, no frames. the prime-stuff was bad from the beginning and it keeps getting worse and worse

Also, there are some of us who had the same Mastery 7 test all the way through to MR12, which is kinda not cool, because I'll never know what the MR9, MR10, MR11, etc tests are like.
i dont know most of them too, because i ranked up too early... every test was like "shoot the bubbles while running with no timelimit!" ... well... i did it mostly with my furis >.<

A friend of mine and me are looking for some nice players to play with. We are both MR15, have a lot of played hours and we are looking for the last things we don't have. We don't play 24/7, but at least 3-4 times a week.
We are:
- no hallway-heroes
- well equipped, we have most frames and switch to weapons and frames situational
- helpful if you need help, we will look for a mission/enemy where you get the needed thing and we get something shiny too
- experienced, we will help you with your layout if you wish soWhat we expect:
- no hallway-heroes
- no begging for any plat or mods, if we feel like gifting we will do so, but not to strangers
- no ignorance, you don't ALWAYS need a frost/rhino/soma
- you have to be helpful at least, someone with a rank 0 braton and an excalibur will most likely not be helpful in a T3 defensebtw, we are from Germany, so we play during normal european time

edit: one last selfish thing: we have a big &#! dojo, nicely build and all the science-thingys... our clan is empty =/ we take you if you want to join :)

i'm MR15
theres sometimes, pretty rare, someone who is nice, no hallway hero and sticks with the team
most MR10+ think they are godlike, but are only $&*^s with a soma who complain everything is too easy AND complain they carry the whole group
most ppl under MR10 i meet act plain stupid... they go rambo style with 200HP and 400 Shield into a group of 20 lvl 30 enemys, die and complain why i dont pick them up, i'm not far away... well... maybe because i dont want to lie next to you..
another league are the "we need a frost"-guys... most of the time the dont get the loki+vauban combo, run in front of ppl with explosive weapons and sit next to enemy spawns in defenses...necroses who never desecrate, but were invited because of that talent...
most of the time i play with ONE friend, because noone else i know likes warframe... we always fill the needed roles like vauban+loki, nekros or sometimes a frost, because we trust noone, everyone is dumb until proves wrong... we would love to fill our clan or at least our friendlist with nice ppl who LISTEN. we listen too...

das liegt vielleicht daran, dass das niveau hier wie in der Gosse ist...
zum Loki: ganz toll, noch mehr primekrempel und noch mehr loot im void... farm ichs jetzt das vierte mal... oder wohl eher nicht...
und zum primeaccess: einige müssen hier nen geldscheißer haben. wenn man sich schon das zweite oder dritte mal primeaccess holt frag ich mich doch ernsthaft wofür man bitte sein platin ausgibt. waffen? frames? schnelleres bauen? wozu dann überhaupt spielen, wenn man sich eh alles einfach so holt? ich leb immernoch von meinem founderplatin und nem bischen platin, welches ich durch handeln bekommen hab (primär natürlich verkauf)

i dont think he is fine, but he is okay... hes my all time favorite, but he needs some love... blind is... nice to have... but overall he lacks on _something_ ... he has average health/shield/armor/speed and nothing special in his abilitys... he cant do a single thing really good except moving with lighting speed if you go for duration/cost reduce and slash&dash trough the whole level... a little more health/shield or armor would be nice on him and one more effect on blind/jump... radial javelin is not that good anymore except with a mag ... with a mag you can kill hp-sponges like ambulas with one hit... thats still pretty fun ^^

We should make Soma, Boltor Prime and everything that isn't MK-1 Braton, Lato and Skana MR16 :D
i wanted to write the same, but you would never reach more than MR4 or MR6 with this =/

1. i agree with you, boltor prime AND soma are too strong compared to the others. to match this difference i think they should be MR14, so no noobs can use them and i can laugh my &#! off.
2. starterweapons (everything below MR2) are strong too in merkur and should get nerved /sarcasm off
for real... the powercreep is too strong in this game... we will >maybe< get something like an endgame, but for me it will be easy peasy, because i have everything except some new primes i'm too lazy to farm for...
btw... endless growing strength on enemys is no endgame... endless farming the same boring things over and over isn't too...

I want to mention something for all the people who are bickering about the duration of the event:
- They are not obliged to give out free stuff in a F2P game which is still in beta. All things we get for free are simple courtesy.
- They could have decided to NOT do anything on St. Patty day, and I bet there would have been people complaining why they didn't... because greedy souls are greedy.
- It was "just" a double event drop. You "just" saved half the time that you would normally have, for a single day. This is nothing to start being annoyed about.
- Even 1 hour availability is enough to grab the colour palette from the store for a meager one thousand credits. A palette normally costs 75 platinum.
The ONLY thing I could say bad about this mini event is; you delivered the valentine palette per inbox. Why didn't you deliver the shamrock pattern via mail too and left it being purchased by credits? So that people can miss it and keep platinum sales? Sounds reasonable, and I would not even badmouth for you doing so. After all, these are cosmetics.
with only 1 server for the whole world an event should be even for everyone... its not the fact that it was 1 day, but it was delivered as a hotfix, there was no ingame message, and european ppl could not use it on the "second" day if they work 8 hours like every adult should do.
2. thing: you dont need double the time without the event, you need 4x the time... double drops+double resources from those drops

as a european this little event is pretty unfair... given you noticed this TODAY, you got 1 or 0 hours to use it, if you work like a normal person...
