Hive Objective not disappearing (Naeglar, Eris)

In my Naeglar Hive Sabotage runs, whenever I destroy a hive with one shot from my Sicarus Prime, now and then the hive continues to display its objective target even though I've destroyed it, as seen here:

The hive has indeed been destroyed and I can finish the mission; however, the persisting hive objective marker is a little disorienting and confusing. The only other weapon that I have used to one-shot the hives is the Euphona Prime, and it never gives me this problem.
