Cant increase clan tier.

Hey this is a repost because I put it in the wrong category but here goes again. So I'm a long time player and I'm starting to get new clan members because all the old ones stopped playing and now the new members want to invite there friends to the clan. But unfortunately the clan is full at 10 members and I cant increase the clan size due to me reducing it recently. Says something about me having to wait like 47 days or something thought it was bad and now thinking maybe I cant have clan members till I can increase it. Just thought I'd drop this in. And hope maybe this thing can be lifted hopefully please and thank you.
