Completely stuck due to infinite load

Hey all, not sure much can be done about this but was wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like it. Maybe its simply an influx of new players clogging things up? (Me being one of them - sry!)

I can't progress any further into the game, as the Venus Junction loading screen just loads and loads.. every prerequisite is check marked (I've never gotten past the loading to actually go there). Yet it appears for now that I am relegated to farming a small handful of nodes on Earth. I have uninstalled and reinstalled etc.. I run games with higher spec requirements just fine. Aside from this the game runs perfectly and I have lowered settings just to give it a shot and still nothing. Its not a freeze as I still have sound and can fly my ship. I have tried a dozen times today/last night.. Yikes, I love the game and would hate to have to just call it quits due to this. Anybody experienced something like this? Did you find a fix? Been googling for a while now.. Tyvm for any input!
