Pigments not dropping for clan members only leader

Ran 2 instances of Cholistan, with my clan member. We are currently farming the Mutalist red. standing next to each other protecting the excavator, we complete the mission after 3 excavators. In one instance I had 9 pigments the next 33, my clan mate has none. earlier last wek we were farming Mutalist red and she was successful in collecting and contributing those pigments. I am the clan leader, she is Officer level. I believe the latest patch has broken pigments so that only clan leaders can see/collect them.
