Simulacrum Build Testing

What if when you were in the Simulacrum you could test builds? Not like the way we do now. I mean like we can make "imaginary builds" and them test them like in warframe builder. We can also test all abilities of a warframe regardless of rank (why isn't this a thing). Basically, I want warframe builder but in the Simulacrum. It would be cool because now we can actually test how effective our builds are in actual (sort of) gameplay scenarios.
