Stygie
So Garuda will become coming relatively Soon(TM) and as such, I thought about theory crafting her kit for fun. the theme I went with is still gore but more of a cold-blooded, elegant killer.  Passive - Cold Elegance Garuda cares not for the enemies and as such she gains damage reduction from all their attacks. 10% damage reduction from all incoming damage. Garuda does really care about her enemies or anyone really for that matter and so their attacks don't do anything to her really and she just ignores them for the most part. This also adds to her playstyle, a more relaxed playstyle with Garuda making short and ease work of her minuscule enemies that dare oppose her making them pay for their insolence.  1st Ability - Gore Garuda gores her enemies lashing out her claws in a cone in front of her. If Elegant Indifference is active the range on this ability is doubled. Basically, your typical first ability a spammable damaging ability. The effects could be energy extensions to Garuda's claws when the range is increased. It will also have a very short startup with a careless air to it as if she was swatting a fly. All enemies a nothing more than a nuisance to her. Deals X amount of damage affected by strength mods Has X° amount of range affected by range mods 2x range multiplier with Elegant Indifference Is affected by melee mods and also has a combo counter. This ability does not affect movement at all.  2nd Ability - Elegant Indifference Garuda cares not for the death of enemies and as such gains a buff that causes all attacks to make enemies bleed. This buff stacks up to 20 times with stacks being gained through enemy kills. This is a duration based buff like Rhino's roar but with a stacking, element functioning similarly to Hall of Malevolence. Again, the pain she causes is of no concern to her, all she cares about is getting the job done. the enemies annoy her with their petty screams. Has X duration affected by duration mods Deals X amount of bleed damage over X amount of time affected by strength and duration mods 20 stacks max  3rd Ability - Cold Blooded Garuda's blood runs cold grant her wide-reaching melee attacks and damage reduction. Every kill increases the effect, however, Garuda gets less and less interested in the battle as this ability goes on, as such stacks from elegant indifference will begin to be consumed and her attack speed slows. This decay of attack speed is affected by mods. Killing is a mere means to an end for her and she will get bored playing with her food to the point where it is just folly to her. Increases melee range by X amount affected my melee mods Grants X amount of damage reduction affected by strength mods Decays after X amount of time affected by Duration mods Stack decay and Attack speed decay by X amount affected by duration mods X amount of energy drain affected by duration and efficiency mods  4th Ability - Ruby Reign Garuda tires of her enemies fetal attempts at taking her down. She becomes a graceful agent of death, slaughtering all in her path with cold indifference. She gains increase damage reduction during this ability. Garuda takes time to even notice the death she is causing and as such every 5 kills she gains a stacking buff that increases her attack and movement speed buff. At max stack, kills restore health. If Elegant indifference is active, Garuda will siphon the blood of her enemies to bolster her armor. Think about a Bladestorm-esque/Peacemaker-esque/Navigator-esque attack wherein time is slowed for Garuda as she selects her enemies to target as she goes. There will be action buttons for each attack as well as an action button for the finishers. Deals X amount of damage per second affected by strength mods Grants X amount of damage reduction affected by strength mods 5 stacks max Grants X amount of Attack speed and Movement speed affected by strength mods X amount of health regen per kill affected by strength mods X amount of armor gain affected by strength mods  Well I hope you enjoyed this post, leave your comments down below!
