Focus conversion gone

Hi!

Long story short, i got back from farming eidolons, i was on my ship went to upgrade my unairu tree, had 1M already to waybound BASILISK SCALES, and some shard that i had converted, the gamed bugged on me didn't remove my 1M when i tried to waybound, so i did other changes with the rest of the focus i had and the server removed my focus.

I would like to get help in this matter cus i grinded alot to have that much focus.

Hi ,

Email support. I had EXACTLY the same bug occur on Friday night as well.

I converted about 150k focus and lost it all AND the shards when I hit commit with a server transaction error.

Tell them you are aware of someone else having the exact same problem at around the same time.

same here convert 500k focus bugged and lose 500k me focus nice DE

i had the same problem i lost about 12-15 raidaint shards and 15 brillant shard i handed same in and it tok all of it and did not give me focus and i lost all my shards

the date is  17/9/2018

I had exactly this happen to me at 4:56pm Toronto local time today, I have submitted a ticket about it.

Lost 6 Brilliant shards worth of focus and what i had just farmed. 

Will be interesting to see what comes of it.

i have just lost 4 raidant and 4 brillant shards and fous that it gave

I filled a support ticket and they helped me, it took 5 days for a answer but i got the focus back in shards! u guys should do that here: Support Ticket
