Nekros' Shadows of the Dead won't spawn shadows

This is a bug I've noticed has been ongoing for quite some time, sometimes when casting Shadows of the Dead, you'll cast the animation, but no shadows will spawn.  I've noticed this issue on a variety of maps, and sometimes it's casted as if shadows are already present, but they are not spawned at your location.  This is a serious issue in higher level missions in which Nekros relies on his Shield of Shadows for survivability, it'd be great if this was looked at!
