Gigatron-Prime
For the longest time I was under the impression that my Razer Kraken Pros were somehow a little buggy because I kept hearing this static periodically while messing with my mods. Turns out, that while in the mod UI, it kinda just overlaps the starchart and if your cursor in the mod select also overlaps a planetary point from under the Mod UI, you would here that Select sound effect that sounds like static. However, I would just grace those underlying points and so I would get what seemed like slight static. I noticed that if I put my cursor over a particular spot, I could reproduce the sound, and sure enough, when I exited the Mod Ui from Arsenal and went to the star chart, there was a planetary point at that same position. HellEnforcer
Reported this quite some time ago. It happens with the contact list, and the alert pop up as well. I can't remember for sure, but I think the while seeing the profile does so as well. Never realized that during the mod screen could happen too though.
