Mirage bugging out near the boil

(I use Mirage Prime)

Ever since the Plague Star event started again whenever I'm near the boil (bounty or not) Mirage's abilites don't work like normal

Hall of Mirrors: a lot of the time after I use this ability it creates Mirage's but they aren't holograms they are actual default coloured Mirage's with no head and the ability doesn't have a time limit but I can't use anything can't even melee

Bullets 90% don't do damage: for some reason for example I fire at an enemy and it doesn't even hit them but the hitmarker happens 

NOTE: When I'm hosting none of these happen. I don't think it's a ping problem since my ping in these games are under 90ms
