Special Body Parts Multiplier Head: 2x takes 2x dmg when shot in the head, equipping eagle eye and zoomed in give additional +1x to the special multiplier. so it's Basic Multiplier (2x) + Eagle eye zoomed (+1x) = 3x damage on the head. sounds good?
