Do you think having the choice to completely unequip one weapon and add some sort of strength (such as mods only usable if say, a secondary is unequipped) to the remaining ones be interesting? Saw a suggestion thread in general that didn't get removed (although I'm not too sure whether or not it's still there). While it is a weapon you're unequipping, that idea itself is a new gameplay concept (not just new weapons or weapon mods).
