Micro stuttering after latest hotfix

Anyone here is experiencing some micro stuttering after the latest hotfix? This doesn't happen to me at all before the hotfix, but now after like a long period of gaming (1-2 hours) I usually start to see some small stutters, or sometimes some small freezes that are very annoying. It's not really FPS dips as I constantly maintain above 70 FPS all the time... also I'm not having any thermal throttling either as I can play other games for 4 hours just fine. Anyway here are my specs:

CPU: I7-8750H 6 cores/12 threads, 2.2GHz base block (hyper threading up to 4.1Ghz)

GPU: GTX 1050M Ti (4GB VRAM)

RAM: Single-channel 8GB

OS: Window 10 Home

Laptop model: Dell G5 5587

The drivers, the OS are all up-to-dated, and the game is already "verifized" as well.
