Dojo Suggestion: Skybox "Panel" Decorations

The skybox looks pretty neat and makes the dojo feel a lot less claustrophobic, but it's only used in a couple of rooms.  It'd be nice if we had a way to add the skybox to other tilesets.  I think we could do this by adding some skybox panels to the dojo decorations.

Suggested features:

• Basic rectangular flat panel.
• Panels shaped to fit "crevices" in dojo walls, floors, and ceilings.
  • Would make it easier to implement custom layouts, since we wouldn't need to adjust them quite as much.
• Optional glass textures for each type of panel.
  • "Windowless" variant.
  • "Windowed" variant.
    • Would make custom layouts easier to implement, since we wouldn't have to position a glass window over the top of the skybox.
    • Would be nice to have different themes for Corpus, Grineer, Orokin, and Tenno.
• Option to use skyboxes from other planets and relays.
  • Seems like it'd be feasible since Sanctuary Onslaught supports multiple skyboxes.
