Warframe keeps crashing on startup

Whenever i try to play warframe the launcher loads and then i hit play. Then i get a popup saying warframe has crashed. What do i do? I have tried verifying and optimizing my caches.

I'm getting the same problem apparently, I click the Play button on the launcher, the launcher closes and it sits on my desktop screen for several seconds then pops up the error message about warframe has crashed and cannot continue and an internal error. It was working fine for me last night, but when I downloaded the warframe chimera update this happens lol, it's the update's fault. Also this exact problem is at least 5 years old as I've seen posts from 2013 about this error and apparently it still hasn't been eradicated which is just sad. VoidWalker, there's one solution that might work for you as it worked for me, I had to go to the launcher settings(top right icon that looks like a gear) and uncheck the boxes that say Directx11 and 64 bit mode so that they're both disabled.

Yes Void as I said in the message my solution worked for me. Although steam just updated and I immediately checked to see if warframe would work with directx11 and 64 bit options checked back on, and it works like normal again.
