Settings reset and lighting messed up

So today, I restarted my computer, and when i rebooted and launched warframe, all of my settings were reset, keybindings messed up, favorite colors reset, lighting severely messed up, and I was put into fullscreen when I used to play on borderless. For comparison, here is my star chart compared to a regular star chart (my star chart is the lower one)
