Operator Voice Customization via Pitch & Effects

With the advent of Octavia and the Mandachord, someone at DE likes the idea of playing around with sounds, and this suggestion simply ties that into the voice for the Operator.

Implementing sliders to futz about with the pre-existing voice lines (i.e. The 4 actors broken down into the Heron, Falcon, Owl, and Raven) would allow for players to give a personal touch, however minor, to the speech patterns of their character without having to get anybody into the studio and have them say anything new. I do believe the Phantasy Star Online games (at least some of them) feature a similar system.

This need not be anything complicated, perhaps simply being able to raise and lower the pitch of the voice. Another option could involve distorting or otherwise adding a layer of synthetic static or bass to add an inhuman quality.

Not much else to it, really.
