Garuda's First Ability on Controller

When using a controller, Garuda's first ability can't register holding the ability button to charge and fire the bloody heart. It just acts as if tapped and does the leap attack to refresh the shield, or if not targeting an enemy says "Invalid Target." Only holding down the actual 1 key on the keyboard makes the ability charge and fire correctly.
