One person leaves before mission is done, no Rep Earned and no vehicle call

I've been seeing this a little more with the Vallis, sometimes in the Plains of Earth, of people leaving cause of something a/o someone doing something that they dislike. Which that is another topic for itself, but the issue that follows is after they leave, mission won't register as complete and can't call vehicles to get back to Fortuna. Serious bug that needs to be addressed.
