Fortuna Twitch Drops

Yo, been having a few issues with Twitch drops while watching streams. Namely the fact I haven't been getting any. Over the past few days I've been watching streams while unable to get to my PC, probably totalling around 10 hours, however when I logged into Warframe last night, I had received nothing. I have already contacted support with this matter, as exactly the same thing happened during the Plains of Eidolon event, however they didn't even read my ticket and just copy-pasted a message that i'd already followed the steps for. 

Is anyone else having these issues and have managed to resolve them? If so, how did you resolve it? I'd like to atleast get drops from this event, and based from this not being the first time, drops from the next event. My account link is obviously working, as I have been getting Trinity Prime drops etc, however no drops from viewing livestreams. 

 

Anything will be more helpful than what official support has offered so far.

I’m having the same issue and they did the exact same thing to me and put solved on my ticket

Yeah, I just checked again, no replies since I reopened the ticket. Apparently this is a completely alien issue that Warframe support doesn't know how to fix. Would be nice if they could communicate that though.

I have tried getting ahold of them again as well and nothing, so hopefully they do something about it.
