Glitched In Maps And Missions

I have experienced a glitch on a void extermination mission tier 1, while wall running and shooting of that wall to another, I became glitched and stuck on a wall. This is not the first time i have been glitched inside of the wall or other place. I was stuck on the "endless" bottom of the clans, "Dark Vectors" parkour challenge. I have also experienced glitched and problems with the dojo pvp part of the clan too. I would like to see some changes and bug fixes in effect if not already effect. Please put your glitches in the comment section to let the warframe development team help with these problems. We are in open beta and should be looking for these glitches to be found and fixed to improve warframe for the better. Thank you.
