Invisible K-Drive Rider Glitch

Doing the Fortuna bounty: Operational Intelligence, the first part of the bounty where you have to check the corpses of 4 people before you have to attempt to save the survivors, i activated my k-drive while my character was still in the animation of looting the body on the ground and this happened:
(notice in the video you can see my saryn prime's avatar floating above one of the corpses i was checking)

I was stuck and unable to do anything but tricks on k-drive (for no points), could not leave kdrive or activate any part of menu, had to quit to fortuna to restart bounty.
