Your Mission on Cetus is Not Working and It's Very Annoying

Hello, I am a player and supporter of Warframe that has migrated and spent $100 dollars on your game in my Playstation 4 account. Currently I am trying to farm for the Warframe Nova Prime in Cetus, I'm trying to get it through the mission named 'Reclaim the Lost Relic.' There is a certain part in this mission during which you have to collect caches but the mission keeps putting them underneath the map and it is literally impossible to reach them. I would like this problem to be fixed and at least be given those type of relics to make for the hours I lost attempting to farm those relics in vain. Hope this problem is fixed soon, it's very infuriating. -.-

Have you tried looking in the numerous caves on the map?  And are you sure you don't mean Gara?  Nova Prime is only available through opening relics in fissure alerts on the star map...
