EmbodimentofInjustice
Hi! I wasn't sure where this belonged, so I posted it here, hoping this is where it should be. Upon going to my settings, I tried to enable PhysX effects in my game, but when I roll my mouse over the option, it reads, "Could not enable Nvidia Hardware Acceleration. - Nvidia PhysX Effects disabled -" I'm not sure why this is appearing, since PhysX works just fine in many of my other games (I use an Nvidia GTX 645 GPU and set this as my primary PhysX processor in the Nvidia Control Panel). Does anyone else have a similar issue, or could someone help me out? I would sincerely appreciate it! :)
EmbodimentofInjustice
Oh yeah, and my drivers are up to date, as well.
.xTB_Kenshin
You could try to manually install PhysX drivers again, and see what happens. http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.13.0725-driver.html

guidfail
You may need to tell the Nvidia control panel to use your graphics adapter for Physx - that was my problem. If you open the Nvidia control panel, under 3D Settings on the left, click Configure Surround, PhysX; then on the right, under PhysX settings, the dropdown for Processor should contain your graphics adapter and not CPU. Once that's set, re-launch the game and try enabling PhysX again. Edited September 8, 2013 by guidfail
