Kubrow puppies can't climb the steps located in the Orbiter's personal quaters.

Just as the title suggests, currently Kubrow puppies are incapable of climbing up the steps located in the Orbiter's personal quarters. Instead of being able to run up the steps they simply get stuck in them as if they were running against an invisible wall. This results in them being unable to leave the personal quarters the if their AI makes them wander into the lower part of the room.

While this is not a game breaking bug, it is still rather annoying.
