Hunting on PC while using controller is bugged

I’m not really a fan of the fishing item use overhaul (where you have to hold RB and then hold another button if you want to change items) but that’s beside the point. It works during fishing, but when I tried hunting it was unresponsive. RB was still using Warframe abilities when I had the tranq equipped. If I want to use the echo, I had to select it from the gear wheel, then the RB options showed that I had two tranqs equipped. Normally you would hold RB and then another button to bring up your wheel that has all of your echos on it, but my controller wouldn’t bring up any options. Reverting to keyboard for that action got me past it.
