Irradiated Chaos Nyx and Reviving the Target

I screwed up today, I brought a Chaos Sphere build to the radiation defense sortie.  I cast chaos to give some breathing room in ignorance of the Safeguard cast on me having gone down and not realizing the potential consequence that would follow of not having that added protection.  I become irradiated early on in my chaos and the defense target came under the influence of my chaos sphere.  The defense target goes down in a few seconds while there is still some time before the chaos sphere disappears.  Due to chaos, we were unable to revive the defense target and failed the mission.  Please allow for the defense target (and likely rescue targets are in the same boat) be revivable while under the influence of chaos.  It's a niche change but would be grateful to see.
